There are some long words and seemingly impossible to pronounce names that I got stuck on, so if you have trouble reading some of them don't worry. Tolkien wrote it after his first Middle Earth book, The Hobbit, and it mainly records the story of the Silmarils (gems of power). ![]() It is basically a very long history of Middle Earth: from when it was made, to epic battles and characters who you meet in the other Tolkien novels.
